THE TRAINING SPACE
Our gym spans 4,500 square feet of thoughtfully designed training space, fully equipped to support everything from everyday fitness to high-performance conditioning. The facility features a comprehensive range of strength and conditioning equipment, including free weights, squat racks, Olympic barbells, selectorized machines, cardio equipment, and ample open floor space for dynamic movement.
In addition to traditional gym equipment, we offer a dedicated functional training zone built for versatility and performance. This area includes a wall ball station, sled push and pull lanes, agility ladders, sandbags for loaded carries and lunges, and a variety of functional tools designed to enhance strength, power, endurance, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
