Studio & Room Rental Policy

1. General Studio Use

  • The studio is open for rentals during the following hours:

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Saturday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

 Sunday & Public Holidays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by management.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

All renters are responsible for keeping the space tidy and returning it to its original condition after use.

2. Studio Rental for Classes, Events, or Sessions

  • Any studio equipment must be handled with care and returned to its proper place.
  • Renters are responsible for ensuring participants/clients follow studio rules and respect other tenants.
  • Renters are fully responsible for any damages to the studio, furniture, flooring, mirrors, or equipment caused by themselves or their participants.
  • Any damages must be reported immediately to studio management. If the renter is found to be fully responsible for the damage, the repair or replacement costs will be charged to them
  • The studio is not liable for any personal injury, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings of the renter or their participants/clients.
  • Renters must ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage (public liability, professional indemnity, etc.) if required for their activities.
  • Use of outside equipment or props must be approved by management beforehand, and renters are responsible for ensuring they are safe for use.
  • The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the studio harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the studio.
  • The management reserves the right to stop or cancel any session that poses a safety risk, causes disturbance, or breaches rental terms.

 

3. Rental Rooms for Therapy / Sports Massage

  • Only certified or licensed therapists may use the treatment rooms. Proof of certification may be requested.
  • Freelance therapists are responsible for managing their own clients, including bookings, payments, and liability.
  • Therapists are to use towels for every client and disinfect equipment after each session.
  • Freelance therapists must carry their own professional liability insurance. The studio is not liable for client-related incidents.
  • Please maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere in therapy rooms.

 

4. Payments & Fees

  • All rental fees must be paid upfront to secure booking.
  • Overtime use will be charged at the hourly rate.
  • Renters are financially responsible for any damages to the facility, equipment, or furnishings.

 

5. Safety & Conduct

  • All members, clients, and staff should be treated with courtesy.
  • Ensure doors are locked and lights/equipment are turned off after use.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse rentals if policies are violated.

 

6. Terms & Conditions

  • The management reserves the right to adjust the rental prices of the studio and/or rooms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
