Through research-backed, whole-person coaching, he partners with you to achieve your health and performance goals. His approach empowers clients by building personal capacity and resources, ensuring that your fitness journey is not only effective but also enjoyable.

With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, Justin is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) and a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. He is also certified in Mental Toughness Coaching, Youth Resilience Coaching, and the Functional Movement Screen (Level 1). His areas of specialization include pain management, strength and conditioning, fat loss, Olympic weightlifting, and youth exercise programs.
