"My first time here today and was awed by the size and spaciousness of the gym. It has the best of both worlds; strength and cardio areas. Also hyrox stations if that’s your thing! Also there’s an area for physiotherapy and workout classes. It’s quite about everything you can ask for in a gym, and work out without feeling self-conscious. From the front desk to the boss himself showing us around, we felt so welcomed. There was a vending machine which intrigued me with plenty of other merchandise you can purchase on your own."
