Our gym is open Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

We do not allow freezing of memberships except for medical reasons. If you need to freeze your membership due to a medical condition, we require supporting documentation from a healthcare professional. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
