COACH MARK
Holding a Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science and being a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Mark blends in-depth scientific understanding with hands-on training expertise. He is committed to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals — whether it’s improving overall health, building strength, enhancing athletic performance, or simply feeling and moving better. Through personalised programming, evidence-based methods, and professional guidance, he ensures every client receives the support they need throughout their fitness journey.
In addition to his work in fitness, Mark has extensive academic experience, having served as a Sports Science Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University, PSB Academy, and Kaplan. He was a full-time lecturer from February 2020 to October 2021 and continues in a part-time capacity to the present
Beyond teaching, Mark is passionate about mentoring students, helping them discover their potential and develop practical skills for careers in sports, exercise science, and health. He creates an engaging learning environment, offers personalised guidance, and supports students in achieving both academic and professional growth, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

He is also trained in Program Design, NCAP Theory Level One, and maintains current CPR and AED certification.
