His extensive background enables him to create safe, personalised, and highly adaptable training programs that cater to each person’s unique needs.

Reza’s qualifications span a wide range of disciplines, including personal training, advanced fitness techniques, myofascial therapy, TRX, and kickboxing. He also holds instructor-level credentials in Kuntao Combat Arts, Pekiti Tirsia-Kali, Modern Cimande, and Aikido, allowing him to blend strength, mobility, and martial arts principles into his coaching.
