COACH Reza
Reza has worked with clients across all ages and abilities — from special populations and individuals recovering from surgery to seniors well into their 70s. His extensive background enables him to create safe, personalised, and highly adaptable training programs that cater to each person’s unique needs.
Reza’s qualifications span a wide range of disciplines, including personal training, advanced fitness techniques, myofascial therapy, TRX, and kickboxing. He also holds instructor-level credentials in Kuntao Combat Arts, Pekiti Tirsia-Kali, Modern Cimande, and Aikido, allowing him to blend strength, mobility, and martial arts principles into his coaching.
Passionate about improving people’s overall well-being, Reza focuses on helping clients move more efficiently, build strength, and develop healthier habits. His purposeful, functional approach empowers individuals to gain confidence, enhance performance, and enjoy a higher quality of life

- Reza is a certified personal trainer (AFPA) and a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning coach (ASCA) with specialised training in Exercise Is Medicine Singapore for allied healthcare program planning. These core qualifications, combined with expertise in TRX, myofascial techniques, and martial arts, enable him to design safe, effective, and evidence-based programs tailored to a wide range of clients and fitness goals.
