With a solid foundation in sports science and performance training, Swan designs structured, goal-oriented programmes tailored to each individual’s needs—whether it’s fat loss, strength building, injury prevention, or athletic performance.
Backed by a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences, he applies evidence-based training principles to ensure every session is effective, safe, and progressive. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (ACE CPT) and holder of the NASM Performance Enhancement Specialization (PES), they specialise in improving speed, power, agility, and overall movement efficiency.
