a. The following terms and conditions (“The Club Rules”) govern the rights and obligations of Trilogic Fitness Pte Ltd and its members. The Management may, at its sole discretion, amend, vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice, although significant changes will be notified to you.
b. By enrolling as a member of Trilogic Fitness Pte Ltd, members agree to abide by the following or any current/latest terms and conditions set by The Management. These terms constitute a binding agreement between The Management and the members.
- The Club
a. The Club is operated by Trilogic Fitness Pte Ltd (“the Company”), whose principal objective is to provide health and leisure facilities for Club Members and their Guests. The Gym Club is where a member joins and pays the fees. The Company has an appointed Management Team (“the Management”), responsible for operating the Club in accordance with these Rules.
b. Any damages in the clubhouse caused by members’ negligence, misuse or intentional actions will be the responsibility of the member. In the event you cause damage to clubhouse property, you are to bear/cover the cost of repair, replacement or restoration.
- Membership
a. The Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application for Membership to the Club for any reason whatsoever. Members are subject to the Club Rules in force.
b. The Management reserves the right to introduce and vary the prices and categories of Memberships at any time.
c. Membership is personal to the Member and is non-assignable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The Company may assign the benefit of these agreements to any person, firm, or company at any time without notice to Members.
d. Upon acceptance, the Member will be issued a Membership card and will be entitled to all rights and privileges associated with the class of Membership accepted. Lost or misplaced cards will be replaced at a processing charge of $10, and $25 for Long-Term Membership Cards.
e. Any Member entering the Club without a valid Membership card will only be admitted at the absolute discretion of the Management.
f. Membership Fees
i. You agree to pay the dues and fees stated on the front of this contract. Members under 14 require a parent or guardian to guarantee payment. These fees and any prepaid monthly payments are non-refundable. Monthly dues must be paid regardless of facility usage.
ii. A monthly Membership fee (“dues”) is payable when the package is finished (payable over the counter).
iii. Memberships are available to individuals aged 14 and above. Members under 14 require parent/guardian supervision at all times.
iv. The Management reserves the right to introduce and vary prices and categories of Membership at any time at its sole discretion, although significant changes will be notified.
v. Any unused membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
vi. Long-term memberships cannot be paused or frozen. Any request for a pause or freeze will be reviewed by Management on a case-by-case basis, subject to the submission of valid supporting documents. Reviews are typically limited to exceptional circumstances, most commonly medical-related injuries. All decisions made by Management are final and binding.
vii. Upon approval of early termination, refunds for remaining dues will be calculated pro-rata based on the unused membership period. In case of disputes, The Management and the Member will engage in good-faith discussions. Final decisions are binding.
g. Early Termination Clause
Members on Public or Corporate long-term memberships (6-Month & 1-Year) may request an early termination under the following conditions:
i. Minimum Commitment Requirement
Early termination is permitted only after the Member has completed the required minimum portion of their membership term:
• 6-Month Membership: Minimum of three (3) full months completed
• 12-Month Membership: Minimum of six (6) full months completed
ii. Refund Eligibility
Members who meet the minimum completion requirement may terminate their membership early and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their membership. Members who have not met the minimum completion requirement may still terminate their membership early and receive a pro-rated refund, but an Early Termination Fee will be applied.
iii. Early Termination Fee
Members who request termination before completing the required minimum period (3 months for 6-month memberships, 6 months for 12-month memberships) will be subject to an Early Termination Fee.
The Early Termination Fee is equivalent to one (1) month’s rate of the membership package they signed up for, set as follows:
• 6-Month Membership: $110 (Public), $80 (Corporate)
• 12-Month Membership: $105 (Public), $75 (Corporate)
Members who fall under this category must pay the Early Termination Fee before any refund can be processed.
iv. Notice & Documentation Requirement
All early termination requests must be submitted in writing and must include the reason for termination along with supporting documents or proof, where applicable. All requests are subject to approval by the Management.
h. Membership Transfer Clause
i. Members who wish to transfer their active membership to another individual may do so subject to the Club’s approval. Transfer requests must be supported by a valid and reasonable cause, accompanied by the necessary documentation. All transfer applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Management.
ii. Eligible reasons for consideration include, but are not limited to:
• Medical conditions;
• Reservist duties;
• Pregnancy;
• End of employment for Non-Singaporean/PR members.
All requests must be supported by official documents, such as medical certificates, employer letters, or formal memos. Requests that do not fall under the approved categories—including those made for convenience or personal preference—will not be entertained unless Management chooses to review them on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
iii. Once approved, all membership transfers are final. The transferee will assume full responsibility for the membership and shall be bound by all existing terms, conditions, and policies of the Club.
4. Expulsion of Member
a) The Company and/or the Management may terminate the Membership of any Member:
